The Sinopia Name
The Sinopia Name Brand and the Sinopia Logo are trademarks of Sinopia, LLC and may not be used without permission. Sinopia, LLC has the exclusive right to use the Kremer Pigments logo within the continent of North America and reserves the right to permit the use of the Kremer Pigments logo.

Privacy Policy
Sinopia, LLC and Kremer Pigments Inc collect personal information from customers for the sole purpose of: fulfilling mail orders, sending requested product information and keeping interested parties apprised of product and pricing updates. Neither Sinopia nor Kremer does not share this information with any other parties.

Online Catalogue
The online catalogue is provided for the benefit of Sinopia's and Kremer's customers. The published text and html scripting may not be reproduced, reused, or republished, without the permission of Sinopia, LLC. All items listed are subject to availability and all prices listed may change at any time without notice. Price changes are usually minor; however, if there is a considerable difference between the listed price and the actual price, Sinopia and/or Kremer will contact the customer before an order is finalized.

Ordering Information
The following information is also provided while ordering. When shopping online, customers who provide all of the required ordering information can choose from the following options:
1.To submit the order form directly through the Web, to be sent as e-mail to Sinopia.
2. To print out the completed order form and either fax, mail, or phone in the information directly to Sinopia or Kremer (instructions are provided).
Please refer to the ordering page ("checkout stand") in the online catalogue for further information.
All orders may be placed verbally, by phone or they may be mailed, faxed or e-mailed to either Sinopia or Kremer location. Orders will be filled and/or shipped from the most convenient and feasible shipping center, chosen at the discretion of either Sinopia of San Francisco or Kremer of New York. Unless Purchase Order Numbers have been pre-approved, payment is expected to be accompanied by all orders.

ALL PRICES are listed in US dollars without shipping charges and sales tax. Sales Tax is not applicable to shipments going outside of California and New York. Sales Tax will be charged on orders that are shipped from the same state as the shipping address of the order. California Sales Tax is 8.5% and New York Sales Tax is 8.375%. For International customers, local customs duties will be charged by your local authorities.
Prices and availability of products are current as of April 1st, 2007 and are subject to change without prior notice. Due to differing updating schedules, prices published on the Sinopia Web-Site (sinopia.com) may differ from prices listed in the printed catalogue. Sinopia and Kremer will always apply current pricing and will not be responsible for pricing discrepancies between printed and on-line publications.

ACCEPTABLE METHODS OF PAYMENT for mail order are the following:Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover), Check or Money Order (in $US, drawn on a US account).

SPECIAL ORDERS: may be placed for quantities of Sinopia/Kremer products not regularly stocked or items available through the Sinopia/Kremer vendor network. Depending on item special ordered, a 50%-100% deposit may be required. Due to the fact that most Sinopia Products are imported from Europe, Sinopia or Kremer can only approximate an arrival date on ordered items. Sinopia or Kremer can not guarantee or be held accountable for arrival dates on Special Order Items.

SHIPPING: for domestic customers, unless otherwise requested, all shipments will be sent by UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. Overnight, second day air or three day select services are available with UPS and Federal Express (please call with preference for price quote). For International Customers ONLY: delivery with the Postal Service is available (please contact us for price quote).

RETURNS: Returns may be made within 30 days of the invoice date on unopened and unused items, for store credit. (No Refunds) No returns are accepted on Books or Gold & Composition Leaf. Please send all returns prepaid freight. All returns shipped freight collect, will be refused. Return items may be returned to either Sinopia San Francisco or Kremer Pigments New York location, regardless of which of the two outlets the products were purchased from. Store Credit can only be credited and used at the respective point of return. Credit for Sales Tax paid, will only be issued in the same state that the Sales Tax was originally paid. Items that were taxed and sold in one state's store may be returned to another state's store. This type of multi-state purchase and return constitutes a forfeiture of Sales Tax Paid. Neither Sinopia San Francisco nor Kremer New York will accept returns on Sinopia or Kremer Pigments products, which were purchased through other retailers or distributors.

GOLD LEAF FLAT RATE
Gold Leaf Flat Rate: if ordering Gold or Composition Leaf only, a flat rate of $9.50 for UPS Ground Shipping will be applied no matter how much or how little leaf is ordered. If additional items are ordered, only the additional items will be subject to the published shipping rates and the leaf will be shipped at no additional cost. For example if $500.00 worth of leaf is ordered and $80.00 worth of additional items, the shipping rate will be $13.00

This chart is meant as a guideline. If ordering heavy items (bulk chalk, marble dust, pit lime, etc.), additional charges may apply. If ordering high value light weight items (gold leaf, etc.) shipping charges may be less. Please call for a quote. Shipping charges are also subject to sales tax for CA and NY residents, even on items ordered for resale.
