Are cobalt green, ultramarine violet and mayan violet usable with Portland cement?

A:
The Cobalt Green and Mayan Violet work in Portland Cement, but the Ultramarine Violet does not. All of our cement compatible pigments are listed in the Fresco Pigments Section
